If you’re shopping for a bodysuit or shapewear that covers your upper body, measure the fullest part of your chest. Keep the tape snug but comfortable and ensure it stays straight across your back. Take note of the number in inches.

Step 4: Measure Your Thighs (for thigh-length shapewear)

Normally I'm a medium, but medium underwear tends to run a bit skimpy so I sized up to a large. These are so well made and incredibly comfy that I bought them again. They're not control underwear, but they hug the body really well. I'm 160 cm so the waistband sits a touch high, but still, these are my go-to from now on, and trust me, I'm picky. I'm in my 50s and even though I've always worn high cut, I'm done with bikini styles. These don't look matronly. The colours are great and the fit is fantastic. Again, 160 cm and 61 kg. Great value and excellent quality. Haven't washed them yet, but I always do cold, delicate, hang to dry. Ordered twice now and both batches were amazing.
